Annie Ashdown is one of UK's leading intuitive coaches. She has a practise in Harley Street and Portland Place and works with a broad range of clients in both UK and USA.
Following a successful career in Film and TV between USA and UK Annie hit a rock bottom which sparked a journey of self discovery. Annie worked closely with a coach which brought about profound changes, and recognizing these tangible benefits she decided to train as a coach in 2001. Since then, Annie has helped hundreds of clients gain confidence, raise self esteem and maximise their potential.
Annie was a judge on Britains Next Top Coach in 2009 and her engaging, warm personality and real life experience has made her popular with the media. She is often invited to be a guest expert on TV and BBC Radio and co host 12 episodes of Kyles Academy with Jeremy Kyle for ITV 1 and was resident coach on Bump and Grind Sky 1. She is a regular on the speakers circuit, a frequent contributor to national press and magazines and an approved provider for Quintessentially.
Annie is fully insured and registered with NHS Directory, Complimentary Medical Association, British Institute of Hypnotherapy, Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapists, Register for Evidence Based Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists, Association of Meridian Energy Therapists.
